Shipping Process
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information to notify you that processing has started. Orders are generally processed within 1–2 days (Monday to Friday). Package transit time is estimated to take 4–6 days (Monday to Friday). The total delivery time takes 5-8 business days.
We offer free shipping for all orders delivered within the United Kingdom.

Potential Delays
If the maximum time for order processing and shipping has passed and your order still hasn't arrived, allow up to 2 extra days (Monday to Friday) and don't forget to use your tracking code. If your package still hasn't arrived, please contact us, quoting your order number.

Cancellations
To cancel an order, please contact us at support@elymore.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that cancellations cannot be guaranteed once the order has started processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please send a photo and details to support@elymore.com. We’ll make arrangements to send you a replacement or the correct item as soon as possible.
